Have you considered a bridal pre-wedding photoshoot? Think of it as a dress rehearsal with the bride being a model for 2 hours (and anyone else that can preview the dress).
It takes away some of the pressure of trying to cover everything on the day when you just want to be relaxing with your guests. If you are able to use the venue, it also means you have a greater chance of guaranteed good weather for outdoor shots.
